  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please note that for Cyprus, tracking updates may be limited once the shipment enters the transshipment phase.

2. Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping fees are included in the listed product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Import Duties: As Cyprus is an EU member state and goods are shipped from our EU warehouses, customers typically do not incur additional customs duties.

Please be advised that Cyprus is classified under our Special Logistics Region. By placing an order for delivery to Cyprus, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered to Cyprus.

  • Quality Issues: This "No Return" policy includes instances of quality-related issues or "change of mind."

  • Final Sale: All purchases shipped to Cyprus are considered Final Sale.

While we aim for a 2–4 week delivery window, KuKirin is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Port congestion or local logistics bottlenecks.

  • Public holidays or peak seasonal demand.
