Cyprus Refund & Return Policy

At KuKirin, we aim for transparency regarding our regional policies. Please read the following carefully before completing your purchase, as shipping to Cyprus involves specific terms regarding returns and refunds.

1. Final Sale Policy (Cyprus)

As outlined in our regional shipping agreements, all orders delivered to Cyprus are classified as Final Sale.

No Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason once the item has been dispatched.
No Exchanges: We are unable to offer exchanges for different models or colors.
No Refunds: Refunds are not applicable for orders shipped to Cyprus, including cases of manufacturing defects or quality-related issues.

Important: By placing an order for delivery to Cyprus, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the standard 14-day EU warranty and replacement policy does not apply to this region.

2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to change or cancel your order, you must act quickly:

Before Shipment: You may modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet left our warehouse. Contact kukirincy@gmail.com immediately.
After Shipment: Once the goods have been dispatched from our EU warehouse, the order cannot be canceled or redirected.

3. Technical Support

While we do not offer returns or physical repairs in Cyprus, we are committed to helping you keep your ride smooth:

4. Shipping Responsibilities

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Liability: KuKirin is not responsible for any damage incurred during local transit once the package has reached Cyprus.
